Are all pieces made to order?
MARE is a mix of on hand and made to order pieces — availability is noted on each product page. On hand pieces ship within 2–3 days. Made to order pieces go into production after your order is confirmed and are typically ready within five to ten business days before dispatch.
How long will my order take?
On-hand pieces ship within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. The made-to-order piece takes approximately five to ten business days in production before shipping. You will receive updates once your order is on its way.
Can I return or exchange my order?
On-hand pieces may be returned within 14 days if unworn. Made to order pieces are final sale unless faulty. If you believe your garment has a defect, contact us before sending anything back and include photos — we will guide you through the next steps.
Do you have a physical studio or store?
MARE operates exclusively online with no physical studio or retail space. Client care is primarily handled via Instagram DMs, with email available for formal or order-specific concerns.
Can you help with sizing before I order?
Absolutely. Write to us with your measurements or garments you already wear and love — we will advise on fit before you order.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the Philippines. Complimentary express shipping applies on orders over ₱5000. For international inquiries, include your location in your message and we will confirm what is possible.
